Mr. Walter Mortelmans, Founder,  Chief Executive

Walter Mortelmans has over 20 years of business experience, graduated from the very distinguished Solvay Business School (Masters in Marketing & Advertising), European University Antwerpen (MBA & BBA). Walter also completed an Executive Management Programme at Kellogg, Northwestern University. Walter is the Honorary Investment Counsellor for Pakistan in Belgium and Honorary Consul of Pakistan for Antwerp. He has a high involvement in social work through the Rotary of Business (Paul Harris Fellow) and worked on different humanitarian projects in favour of Pakistan. In addition to occupying the helm at Ozmosis Energy, Walter is the CEO of Belgium’s most important multimedia and interactive telecommunications firm, The RingRing Company SA and director for several companies. He's also an active member of many professional organizations.

Barrister Mohammad Ali Raza, Founder

Mohammad Ali is extremely well versed in the energy sector, having instrumentally occupied the position of in-house legal counsel at Pakistan Petroleum Limited. Mohammad Ali has also served as a globally renowned legal diplomat at the Energy Charter Secretariat , Brussels where he negotiated and brokered energy treaty deals with a number of countries. He is a member of the esteemed Lincoln's Inn and graduated from the University of London.

Mr. Özer Khalid, Founder, Director

Özer has had several years of international experience in marketing, finance,  investment banking and outsourcing at firms such as Citigroup, the Bank of America-FleetBoston Financial, the Bank of New York Mellon, the World Bank and Zan Wealth Management. Özer acquired an MBA in Marketing from the International Management Institute. He has managed, influenced and lead cross-border teams the world over, providing brand excellence, strategic and business development.

Mr. Umar Zulfiqar, Business Development & Marketing Manager

Umar has had vast experiences in organizing, marketing and sponsoring events including corporate and social responsibility initiatives, Mr. Umar had worked on notable campagins and had a vast portfolio in the energy and defence sector. He is committed to excellence by being creative and versatile through dedication and drive as a hard working individual.
